As Director I feel privileged to address through the site and emphasize the objective to impart high-quality training & testing to individuals to qualify for the Inter Services Selection Board(ISSB) and serve the Nation with honor and pride, dedication and devotion, and maintain the rich ethos and morals of Bangladesh Armed Forces. A career in the Armed Forces is second to none in Bangladesh where a young man or woman enjoys a total way of life and is groomed to be a responsible citizen to live up to the expectations of the Nation. To develop faith and confidence, one has to put in hard work and sustained effort and learn the correct technique to undergo a difficult and unique process Selection system. A candidate has to develop his psychological as well as physical skills in order to undergo military training in services academies to be commissioned as a proud officer in the Bangladesh Armed Forces. To meet the challenges at the ISSB, dealing with candidates of similar age profiles from different backgrounds, one has to excel and do something extra to prove his worth at the time of selection. Therefore, a candidate needs appropriate guidance, unlike another conventional admission test.
