TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY
The organization has an experienced assessor panel for the Psychometric Test /Personality Test. The assessors are retired senior officers of the Bangladesh Armed Forces who possess unique experience of serving as Group Testing Officers, Deputy Presidents, and Psychologists in the Inter-Services Section Board (ISSB). ISSB is a joint service organization for recruiting commissioned officers of the Bangladesh Armed Forces. While working in ISSB they acquired the specialty of recruiting future Armed forces officers. Their job responsibilities are mainly to interpret human psychology through different tests and modules, interview techniques, and other associated specialized tests. They were deeply involved in assessing Basic intelligence rating (BIR), planning ability under stressful situations, effective teamwork accomplishment, situational behavior outcome of the candidates, and interpreting human psychology concerning environmental dimensions. They also worked as faculty members to train the potential assessor for ISSB. The establishment of the academy is the outcome of their practical experience in ISSB blended with dreams and total dedication for the young students willing to make a promising career in the Armed Forces to serve the nation with dignity.
Besides having these mentioned specialized training and working experience, most of these officers also have diverse working experience as instructors and staff officers in various units in their service and Inter-services organizations.
