PSYCHOMETRIC TEST IN MARINE CADET ADMISSION TEST
Glorious Professional Academy is honored to be entrusted by the Ministry of Shipping with the responsibility of conducting the Psychometric Test for the Marine Cadet Admission Test 2025–2026. For the very first time, psychometric assessment has been incorporated into the Marine Cadet admission process, significantly enhancing the standard and depth of candidate evaluation. This initiative reflects a progressive shift towards more scientific, structured and competency-based assessment methods, ensuring the selection of candidates with the right aptitude, personality traits for maritime leadership. As per government gazette the test will be supervised and jointly conducted by Director General , Shipping and Glorious Professional Academy. The test will be conducted every year and approx. 2000 candidates will appear the test aspiring to be seafarer in blue horizon.




PSYCHOMETRIC TEST IN BRAC BANK PLC
The academy was invited for the recruitment of Management Trainees under the Future Leaders program for BRAC Bank for the year 2021 (YLP-2021), year 2023 (YLP-2023), Year 2024 (YLP-2024 & Branch YLP-2024) & year 2025 (YLP-2025) . The aim was to recruit suitable management-level employees for employment at BRAC Bank. The Academy conducted psychometric tests for more than 7000 candidates and assessment was done on specific competency profiles. Later the result of the test and report on the profiling interviews were submitted to BRAC bank for final selection. The experience from the selected group of YLP and Branch YLP suggests that this aptitude-based recruitment system is very effective in retaining their selected employees. In pursuance of the modern aptitude-based recruitment system, BRAC Bank has agreed with the Academy to conduct the test in the subsequent three years.




PSYCHOMETRIC TEST IN PRIME BANK PLC
Glorious Professional Academy is pleased to announce that it has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the Recruitment Examination for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) of Prime Bank PLC for the year 2026. At present, both Glorious Professional Academy and Prime Bank PLC are in the concluding phase of completing all requisite procedural and contractual formalities pertaining to the execution of this engagement. It is further noteworthy that, for the first time, Prime Bank PLC intends to incorporate a Psychometric Assessment as an integral component of its MTO recruitment process. This assessment will be professionally developed and administered under the direct supervision of Glorious Professional Academy, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of evaluation and selection.

The Glorious Professional Academy has been engaged since 2017 to conduct psychometric assessments exclusively for pilot recruitment at Novo Air. The aptitude tests are administered in strict compliance with the IATA Guidelines 2019, ensuring adherence to internationally recognized standards and best practices in aviation personnel selection. The assessment framework, specifically developed for pilot evaluation, incorporates scientifically validated psychometric tools designed to measure cognitive abilities, decision-making capacity, situational awareness, personality traits, and overall aptitude essential for aviation professionals. This structured approach enables a comprehensive evaluation of candidates beyond their academic and technical qualifications. Over the years, the system has been consistently recognized by Novo Air as an effective, objective, and reliable method of identifying suitable candidates for pilot positions.




PSYCHOMETRIC TEST IN US BANGLA AIRLINES
The Glorious Professional Academy has been entrusted by US-Bangla Airlines with the conduct of Psychometric Test for Pilot recruitment in accordance with the IATA Guidelines 2019, ensuring adherence to internationally recognized standards of competency-based selection within the aviation industry. The assessment mechanism was originally introduced for the evaluation of pilot candidates. In response to evolving organizational requirements, its scope has since been broadened to encompass Student Pilots, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, and Cabin Crew in 2024. The system is structured to provide a comprehensive appraisal of candidates’ core competencies, including cognitive aptitude, decision-making ability, situational awareness and behavioral consistency. The implementation of this system has significantly enhanced selection quality and internationally aligned approach to the recruitment of aviation professionals across all relevant categories.




PSYCHOMETRIC TEST IN AIR ASTRA
Glorious Professional Academy successfully conducted the psychometric assessment for the Pilot Recruitment Program 2022. The assessment process was meticulously designed to evaluate candidates’ cognitive abilities, personality traits, and overall aptitude required for pilot selection. The test was administered following standardized procedures and modern evaluation techniques. PSYCHOMETRIC TEST IN TUSUKA GROUP
In 2021, the Glorious Professional Academy was invited by TUSUKA Group, one of the leading garment industry enterprises in the country, to conduct assessment tests and interviews for the selection of Textile & Industrial Engineers. The recruitment process was carried out in two phases, with the participation of more than 100 candidates.

Glorious Professional Academy successfully conducted a comprehensive psychometric assessment for the students of Galaxy Flying Academy in 2016.
